The administrator of personal data is the Akro Kids Foundation with its registered office in Warsaw (00-545) at ul. Marszałkowska 58/15. Data is processed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 letter b of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016, hereinafter referred to as GDPR, for the purpose of handling and implementing services provided by the Organizer. The Administrator does not share data or transfer data to a third country/international organization. The data will be stored for the time necessary to achieve the purpose, for a maximum period of 5 years. The data subject has the right to access their data, correct, rectify, delete, limit processing, transfer and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. The data will not be subject to automated processing, including profiling. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the indicated purpose.
